1. By accessing or using the services provided by Urban Heaven Vacation homes rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

2. Booking and Reservations 

• All reservations are subject to availability. 

• Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. 

• Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. 

 

3. Payment Policies 

• Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. 

• We accept United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Payment can be made through booking platforms or cash. 

• Any additional fees or charges will be clearly communicated before confirming the reservation. 

 

4. Cancellation and Refund 

• Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation. Please refer to the specific terms outlined during the booking process. • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of the request. 

 

5. Check-In and Check-Out 

• Check-in time is at 2pm until Midnight, and check-out time is by 12pm. 

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

 

6. Guest Responsibilities 

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. 

• Any damages to hostel property caused by a guests will be charged to the guest’s account. 

• Visitors may not remain in the Holiday Home between 12am  (midnight) and 8am. 

• Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbours 

• Sexual activities, including intercourse, are not allowed within the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund

• Guest must refrain from any uncivilised/inappropriate behaviour (as determined by the hostel manager)

• Guests are not permitted to create noise that may be deemed offensive to neighbors at any time during their stay, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is considered to be too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed. 

• Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas. 

• Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking. 

• To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas. 

• Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. 

• Conduct that is not accordance with these Rules may result in eviction of the Guest without a refund including loss of security deposit paid or accommodation amount paid by the Guest and

payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or determined by the Holiday Home manager.

• Hygiene and Safety: We prioritize the well-being of our patrons. Please adhere to all hygiene and safety guidelines posted within our premises. It is mandatory to use towels and sanitation products. Any disregard for hygiene standards may result in eviction of the Guest without a refund.

 

7. Code of Conduct 

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards staff and fellow guests. 

• Illegal activities, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

 

8. Privacy Policy 

• Urban Heaven Hostel respects guest privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the collection and use of personal information. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

• Urban Heaven Hostel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with your stay. 

 

10. Governing Law 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
